  1. I picture my relationship with my family as being like a “Siamese” twin joined with them at the waist or hip. We are even sharing some of the same vital organs. The separation surgery is risky to yourself for that reason, yet it still must be done. When you find that you can survive without whatever you’ve invested so much in, you will be superhuman. And I am here every day when you need somebody. Hang in there.
